Strength Training for Youth Baseball Players

Parents, Coaches, & Youth Baseball Players, Learn about the Benefits and How to Start a Strength Program

Why I Made This Course

I've been working with baseball players for a long time. Part of my goal is to make sure we are teaching these players where to start and how to start a strength training program. That's why I came up with this free resource to give you guys the guidelines to develop your baseball skills. Your strength program should focus on every aspect found within this course with the end goal helping you increase your throwing velocity, increase your bat speed, get faster and help you become a better baseball player!

Nick Esposito

Hi, My Name is Nick Esposito and I am a Former Professional Baseball Player and now a Strength Coach at Mike Reinold's facility, Champion Physical Therapy and Performance.

I have also been a Speaker at National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Seminars, where I spoke about Training Today's Youth Athletes, as well as being a guest on Baseball Podcasts discussing Training Youth Baseball Players

Over the years, I have coached and worked with all levels of baseball players from MLB to Little League and Cal Ripken Youth teams, as well as Coaching Private Baseball teams and Middle Schools. I have also worked closely with baseball coaches and have seen first hand what they look for in a baseball player!

I have been fortunate to study under some of the most well-respected strength coaches and organizations in the field, including Mike Boyle (Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning), Eric Cressey (Cressey Sports Performance), EXOS Sports Performance, Precision Nutrition and MovNat among others.
